Israeli Tahina Shortbread Cookies - super-soft sesame biscuits made from only 5 ingredients

I hr are you totally in love with your new "superfood" Tahina since the last hummus binge? Now you have half a glass left and thought all along what you could do with it? Ha! Then I have here for you a pop (summer) biscuit recipe: Israeli Tahina Shortbread Cookies - toperzarte and crumbly cookies with the certain ingredients extra: Tahina aka sesame paste.

The biscuits are quite simple and Quickly kneaded with just 5 ingredients plus a pinch of salt, then wander for an hour in the fridge and then in the oven.

Crumbles the biscuits over a scoop of vanilla ice cream (YAY!)

The result: very delicate and crumbly biscuits with a touch of caramel and a great sesame note. The fit for me very wonderful in the summer, if you still want to have a little Happs sweet after eating/grilling/picnic. Serve it with a strong coffee or espresso, crumble it over a scoop of vanilla ice cream (YAY!) Or just nibble it that way.

I'm curious what you're saying! But beware - addictive!
